Counseling is having a conversation, processing, and understanding how you feel and what you would like to change in your life. My hope is to provide a safe place for you where we can explore your options, and strategies, and learn skills for the betterment of life. I have worked with a variety of diagnoses including addictions, substance use, anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, grief, anger management, and stress disorders. My style is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, however, other approaches may be utilized based on your needs. No two people are the same and not everything works for everyone.
