Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after traumatic events in life. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. Each clinician has their own way of addressing trauma in session and will work to tailor it to what works best for you, but sessions could include a combination of talk therapy, expressive therapy, EMDR therapy or other researched based practices.
Existing in today’s society can be hard for those who aren’t deemed main stream or follow normal social constructs. Let us help you work through the hetero social norms that are placed by society and find who you are and ways to celebrate
