About Britt

Every person has a unique story and can begin to heal when they have the opportunity to share their story. I aim to provide individualized care by considering every client’s unique strengths, identity, culture, and life experience. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, gender identity, intimate partner/nontraditional relationships, interpersonal difficulties, trauma, and phase of life transitions. I use music, songwriting, journaling, and a variety of expressive arts in the therapeutic process and hope to help every client reach their highest potential.
