The most important part of counseling is the relationship between counselor and client. My goal as your counselor is to provide a place for you to learn and implement skills necessary to have a better future. I work with a variety of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, grief, anger management, and post-traumatic stress disorder to name a few. My style is based primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. However, I often integrate various approaches based on each person’s unique needs.
