I work with clients from 12-year-olds to adults who have a variety of diagnoses, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, anger, domestic violence-related issues, and mood disorders. I often integrate various approaches to therapy, yet my primary style is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
